Furthermore, we are also able to offer non-food sector solutions.

  • April 2016

    Compass was founded in early April of 2016, the company’s founder Bahri Yağımlı is an industry expert with more than 25 years of experience in food and non-food sectors.  Yağımlı has worked in senior management positions in several international companies such as Coca – Cola, Dr. Oetker, Huhtamaki and Multivac.

  • August 2016

    A partnership agreement has been signed with Proseal, the market leader in MAP and Tray Sealing Packaging.

  • November 2016

    Due to the company’s success Compass moved into a new office in Maltepe, Istanbul.

  • March 2017

    Compass made its first appearance in a FOTEG fair. The company had a respectable 200 square meter booth that showcased the company’s exceptional portfolio.

  • December 2017

    Compass launched its first official website to display its notable and frequent achievements, it also serves as an easy way for everyone to learn more about the company and even get in contact.

  • March 2019

    Compass participated in the FOTEG fair for the second time in company history with its 200 square meter booth.

  • May 2019

    A partnership agreement was formed with the German company Somic, the leader of end-line automation and packaging.

  • March 2020

    Turkey’s first Weber automatic slicer S6 and wePACK 7000 thermoform packaging machine was sold to Cebeci Süt Isparta.

  • April 2021

    Another Weber automatic slicer S6 and Somic line – end automatic packaging machine was sold by Compass.

  • April 2022

    In celebration of Compass’s seventh anniversary, a brand – new website launched  that is up to date with the companies’ achievements and goals.
